Information You Provide:
We receive and store any information you enter on the Application, Site, successor websites, or any other Services we offer, or give us in any other way, including information you send us via email, telephone, SMS, and social media operated by Survey.com. To register an account with Survey.com (“Account”), you are required to provide personal information including your first and last name, phone number, and email address. You may also be required to provide general demographic information, income, tax information, as well as non-identifying information such as your gender, date of birth, and zip code. Certain projects require Survey.com to ship materials to you, and if you participate in such projects, you must provide your shipping address or post office box information.
Your information also includes information you choose to share on the Survey.com Site, App, or other Services, including but not limited to photos of you, social media profiles, resumes, certifications, and the information you provide to us as part of the Store Visit Deliverables. We also receive non-identifying information such as the time, date, and location you used our Application, and the time, date, and location you took photos or videos.
Additional information you may provide include your PayPal account information (to receive payments by that method), or checking account information (if you choose to be paid via direct deposit).
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. Like many websites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses the Field Agent Site. You can instruct your browser, by editing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.
We may also automatically collect certain information when you provide information to the App, such as your location/GPS coordinates (if you enable this feature), a device identifier (but not the UDID), MAC address, and wireless service provider. You can enable or disable location services when you use the App at anytime, through your mobile device settings. However, if you disable location services, you might not be able to participate in any or all jobs provided in the App. This location information is not treated as personal information unless we combine it with or link it to any of the personally identifiable information mentioned above.
By registering an Account with Survey.com, you will receive communications from Survey.com about Projects, operational information, status updates, transaction updates, as well as notices in connection with your account and other information relevant to your participation and use of the Site, Application, and Services. These communications will be delivered via phone, email, push notification, and/or SMS. You may opt out of these communications by changing the settings at the application or device level in you mobile device; however, in doing so, you will lose certain essential functionality. If you wish to opt-out of non-essential communications, such as Newsletters, you may do so by unsubscribing to them.
Survey.com collects and uses your personal information to create and manage your account, communicate to you about the Application and Service, process your transactions, provide service and support, respond to Requests, respond to inquiries, resolve disputes and/or trouble shoot, display information that is customized to your account, and improve the quality of the Site, Application, and the Service.
We may also use your Personal Information to create Anonymous Information records by excluding information that makes the information personally identifiable to you.

We reserve the right to disclose Anonymous Information without restriction, including to our Mobee Customers and to third party vendors who may help us enhance or provide the Service.
You can close your Account by contacting us with a request that we delete your account and information. We will take action to delete your information as soon as we deem practical, but we may retain certain Personal Information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our EULA, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
We take precautions designed to protect your Personal Information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, email sent to or from the Services may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Information to Survey.com via the Internet.
We also protect your information offline. Only personnel who need the information to perform a specific job function (such as mailing you materials, contacting you about a Project, or processing a Payment) are granted access to your personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a reasonably secure environment.
